Frequently Asked Questions

How do I care for my new items?


All of our items should be washed on delicate in cold water with like colors and either dried on delicate/low or hung to dry. If you have any stains on your items (we know kids can be messy;)) I like to soak my stained clothes in Oxy Clean or blue Dawn dish soap for a few hours or overnight before I put them in the washer.




Do you have a sizing chart?


At this time we do not have a measurement chart quite yet(we are working on it) All of our items fit true to size, I have sizing in the description for each individual item. If you have any questions about sizing, please just reach out!




How do I track my order


We strive to ship out within 2 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). Shipped orders depart from our local post office in Yukon, Oklahoma. Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment and tracking confirmation email. You may use that tracking number to monitor delivery status information.




Can you change my order before it has shipped?


Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a change to your order or the possibility to add anything to your order after it is placed. Feel free to contact us via email, kikiskidsok@gmail.com, or message us through the website to inquire.
